Diamond Tail, Placitas, NM - Developing Strategic Plans, Restructuring, Operations, Sales/Marketing
Diamond Tail is a private, gated community with large 1-5 acre home sites. With only one third of the sites sold and few sales in recent years, DT needed a strategic plan. I worked directly with the owner to create a business plan including a new strategy for sales and marketing. In addition, I joined the team to implement the strategy, restructure the existing HOA and take on the COO responsibilites. I was also involved in the Architectural Control Committee.
